King Oyster mushrooms are a culinary delight. This species can grow individual mushrooms weighing over a half pound with small caps relative to the size of the stem. Chefs like to peel the stem and use the soft center to make scallop-like morsels. Simply delicious!

All commercial liquid cultures come in a sterile syringe containing 10-12ml of live mushroom liquid culture (living mycelium in a nutrient solution). The syringe is capped and a sterile needle is included. Liquid cultures are guaranteed to be 100% clean and actively growing!
